GroupBee Pte. Ltd. ("GroupBee", "we", "us", "our") operates an online platform that connects vendors and consumers for group-buy offers. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

By using GroupBee, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

GroupBee acts as a facilitator between vendors and consumers.

We do not manufacture, own, or deliver the goods or services listed on the platform.

Vendors are solely responsible for product quality, installation, delivery, and after-sales service.

You must provide accurate information when registering.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login.

GroupBee reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms.

All payments are processed through approved third-party payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, Paynow, etc.).

GroupBee charges vendors a platform fee (currently 11.8%) on the total item price.

Deposits may be required to secure group buys; these are defined by vendors in line with GroupBee's policies.

Refund eligibility is determined by the vendor's policy.

GroupBee is not liable for any disputes between consumers and vendors, but we may assist in dispute resolution.

You agree not to:

GroupBee is not liable for product defects, delays, or damages caused by vendors.

Our platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GroupBee's liability is limited to the amount of fees paid to us for the disputed transaction.

We may suspend or terminate your access to GroupBee if you breach these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
